The Rogue Baker was set up by Vici after being a home baker for family and friends for years. Everyone suggested that she start it up as a business and here we are!
Vici won the Boughton Bake off twice (in 2017 and again in 2019, only losing in 2018 to her partner!). In the last few years Vici has been testing and refining Vegan recipes alongside 'regular' bakes to open up the bakery to more people.
